Do you ship to PO Boxes , APO's , Military APO's ?
No, UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, APO's or Military APO's.

Yes, All orders can be placed by phone at 315-863-5053. If there is no answer, simply place your order on the website.

How soon will I get my order?
We try to ship all orders within 48 Hours and all items are then delivered by UPS in 1 - 4 days. (delivery may vary due to weather, misrouting or address error.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship UPS - All packages have tracking numbers which allow for delivery confirmation or updates. You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it is shipped.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and PayPal. No COD’s or checks.
Credit card orders are subject to address verification. The customer information MUST match the credit card billing address and zip code in order for us to process and ship any order.
If you have a mailing address that is only a PO Box , simply add the physical address to your address on file and then include both.

We will send a call tag for pickup and you will have 2 opportunities to return the item. After that they must be returned at your expense in the original unopened factory packaging.
