Can I order a smaller quantity than what is on the website?

No

Can I order by Email?

Yes, email order to Cardclubusa@gmail.com  with the following info:

1)The SKU of the item's you want with a short description                  2) Your email and complete physical mailing address                      We will send an invoice for you to pay. After payment is received, we will send you a receipt and tracking number when available

Do you ship to PO Boxes , APO's , Military APO's ?

No, UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, APO's or Military APO's.  

Can I call in an order?

Yes,  All orders can be placed by phone at 315-863-5053. If there is no answer, simply place your order on the website.

What is your mailing address for Money Order payments?

How soon will I get my order?

We try to ship all orders within 48 Hours and all items are then delivered by UPS in 1 - 4  days. This is just a guide and delivery days may vary due to weather, misrouting or address error.

What shipping method do you use?

We ship UPS - All packages have tracking numbers which allow for delivery confirmation or updates.  You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and PayPal. No COD’s or checks.

Credit card orders are subject to address  verification. The customer information MUST match the credit card billing address and zip code in order for us to process and ship any order. If you have a mailing address that is only a PO Box , simply add the physical address to your address on file and then include both.

Returns are only allowed for damaged shipments.

No exchanges or refunds

If you have questions before purchasing, ask them!   

Return requests must be emailed to us at (cardclubusa@gmail.com)  within 7 days of our ship out date.

We will send a call tag for pickup and you will have 2 opportunities to return the item. After that they must be returned at your expense in the original unopened factory packaging.
